When you request a design visit we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, service interest, and preferred contact time, along with basic marketing attribution (such as the ad campaign that brought you here).

We use your information to schedule and provide the services you requested, including contacting you by phone or email about your project, and — only if you checked the SMS consent box — by text message. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS consent and sharing

Text messages are sent only with your express written consent, collected via an unchecked checkbox on our request form. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share your information only with the service providers that operate our scheduling and communications systems on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

Security and retention

Requests are transmitted over an encrypted connection and our forms use automated-abuse protection. We retain lead information only as long as needed to serve your request and meet legal obligations.
