Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of luckybaths.com (the “Site”), operated by Lucky Duck Bath Co., a division of Eastern Exteriors, LLC (“Lucky Duck Bath Co.,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our services

The Site provides general information about our bathroom remodeling services and lets you request a free in-home design visit. Content on the Site — including renderings, photography, and example pricing — is illustrative only. Every project is custom designed; final scope, pricing, materials, and timelines are established exclusively in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

“One-day” installation

“One-day” installation refers to typical on-site installation time after your custom materials arrive and the project is scheduled. Actual duration can vary with project conditions, site accessibility, and unforeseen circumstances discovered during installation.

Estimates and consultations

Design visits and estimates are free and carry no obligation. Submitting a request does not create a contract for remodeling services, and we may decline projects at our discretion (for example, outside our service area of Maryland, Virginia & the greater DC area).

SMS / text messaging program

Lucky Duck Bath Co. offers an optional text messaging program for appointment reminders, scheduling, and updates about your project or request.

  • Opt-in. You enroll only by checking the SMS consent box on our request form (or by otherwise providing express written consent). Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Message frequency varies based on your project activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (301) 327-2763.
  • No third-party marketing. Your phone number and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Carriersare not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older and the account holder (or have the account holder’s permission) for the mobile number provided.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting false or automated requests, attempting to disrupt or probe the Site’s security, or scraping its content.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, photography, and video — are the property of Lucky Duck Bath Co., a division of Eastern Exteriors, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or use them without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits or modifies any workmanship or product warranty stated in a signed remodeling agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Duck Bath Co., a division of Eastern Exteriors, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising from the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and does not apply to services performed under a signed remodeling agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

Licensing

Lucky Duck Bath Co. operates under MHIC #137274 (Maryland) and VA #2705179867 (Virginia).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date below reflects the latest revision; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
